The halo Warthog is supposedly solar powered I believe.

electric vehicles are the way fo the future!

We can make  electricity the most enviromentaly safe. 
For example in California, USA they are using giant wind turbine to generate electricity using the natural wind!
In many countries we are using hydro-electric dams to produce electricity.

Just my 2 cents!

Actually, the warthogs are electric, and fueled with water. They have an onboard converter that seperates the O2 and the Hydrogen and burns both to run an internal combustion engine that powers an electric generator.
