RE recruiting

I was told that i whould no be recruited but i didnt get the originall message so 6 months later after my first

application i left something offensive on the general boards because i didnt get the message till they told me that i

was told a while back i whould not be recruited and now i feel like an idiot  and now i was wondering now that

i have studied the rules more clearly can i re try getting recruited (i am really sorry about my first message :( ) but i

love your clan and i did not think you were that serious about your rules and i have straightened my act so am i

able  to retry ? please?
