Dedicated server (FIXED)

hey guys i currently have a dedicated server and when i run it i cannot join it. but if i try to join after about the 3rd try i get in. i have nortan 360 as my antivirus and firwall. could someone help me to try and enable me to join straight away?

to be on the same computer the server is on. you must make the server run on a different port. i think like 2304. and make sure you open the ports in your firewall and router if you have one.

ok then ill tqke a look into that looks like a 2 man racing server might be up soon lol my internet is so slow
