Chartreuse is a strong racer and fierce teammate.  I've been lucky to have been playing with him lately as a teammate and not adversary.

I can't believe I've missed this thread! Chart is definitely one of the chart toppers for non-admin racers in any server (in my opinion anyways). He's easily one of the best racers around and is consistantly leading the pack in servers. I have nothing but blessings to bestow to Chartreuse's name. He always abides by the rules and encourages others to do so as well. WTG Charty.
