All bans are permanent unless an unban request is made and granted.

i mean am i allowed to create another unban request, elvis answered my request but my brother doesn't play at race anymore. I also told him that if he get me banned from another race server, i will give our hash to the CV's so they will ban us from the CV8(his favorite server). So i don't think i will see him again on  a race server.
