Player entered server #8 (on my team) today, and spent an
entire map (Ice Fields) walk-crouching . . . and nothing else!

QUITE true! He spammed the chat with a lot of nonsense, too....)
Not nading, slaying, or camping, just
not racing.
Continued this into Death Island, where Admins finally got him to race some. (I think he got
A lap?)
However, on Sidewinder, his attempt to resolve things was to hop into ... yes, you got it! - the gun of a hog.
The Good News was that he had a driver. The Bad News was that he chained me in the face (in my solo hog) for 3/4 of a lap, despite my asking twice that he stop it.
On the next lap he/they were behind me (in my solo Rhog), and he was rocketing me, but missing... until we got to the turn at lap nav where he shot me straight out of my hog.
Needless to say I had to teamnade him out of his hog to identify him, all the while him accusing me of teamnading, too.
"Bad" might be the wrong term here: "Annoying" and "
Obstinate about not playing Race" by the (BFM) rules might better describe him.
Oh, and, um, er, he more than once mentioned that ... he's a PR?!?
