This racer said he was a PR but unfortunately I think PR meant Push (the) Rules. Constantly accusing folk of camping when he was killed (twice myself even when both times I was being driven in a hog). Tended to run around with rocket launcher and constant texting during race.
If reminded of rules tended to be rude.
If he is a PR he seems in no hurry to gain any tags.
