I would say yes because it can help stop teams from being too good or bad.. but splitgin up teams and partners can caus problems.

It would make the teams fair from time to time maybe and also it would allow friends and partners to still be in contact and have a laugh at being against each other

Sounds like fun.  However, players would need to be alert as to which team they are on.  Makes for some accidental (or not) team nading/rocketing on map starts.

I voted "No" as to whether or not it would be "better," just a different or more challenging style of fun.

I say no! for one reason it wouldnt be that fun like if you'r doing really good like your actualy playing as a team instead of killin then u switch to blue team w/ players who just go crazy so i say it would be  a bad idea.
