My Laptop Screen was Recently Cracked

Hey my laptop fell because I tripped over the cord and the screen cracked.  Just venting my frustration...  :bang:

You can get a new screen for around 150-200 bucks and is relatively easy to install.

Do you have warranty? What brand? Look on ebay for replacement.

FYI: Virtually every notebook manufacturer's warranty EXCLUDES damage as a result of dropping or any type of "damage by force."  ::)

And actually even the ruggedized ones often aren't covered!  :o  (Those DO have a "plan" that you can BUY to cover such damage tho....)

I got a new screen! :haw:


It costed a fortune  :undecided:


Before I got it I was REALLY frustrated..
My tablet is a touch screen (it will sense anything besides just a stylus, so you can write with your finger, a regular pencil, etc.) so it thought that it was being touched every 2 seconds in the same place because the glass that was cracked was tricking the sensor or something and it kept clicking rapidly in the same place and it was almost impossible to use..
