That one is the Jellyfish.  

This is a neumatics company that is loceted in Germany, they are very big in the field of neumatics, my dad actually works for this comapny.

Actually there is nobody in the upsidedown balloon.. If you notice it only can fly so far away from the right side up one.   If my memory serves correctly form when my dad told me this then there is a certien air pocket that makes that possiable..   Or its remote controlled form the right-side-up one... cant rember... :Words:
