auto ban name list

I was told once that there is a list of names that equals an automatic kick?  Is there such a list and where is it located?

The list revolves around common sense. Do not enter a server with a name that could be considered offensive to anyone. Whether it be about a persons beliefs or just simply profane. Information on what is permitted in our servers is located in our Full Detailed Rules on our website.

I just got done racing on BFM server #3.  regarding what is an apporiate name and what is not,  I just saw someone with the name "Mr. Happy is this apporiate or not?

There is nothing wrong with the name Mr. Happy since it does not go against a person's belief and it is not offensive or profane.
