how do u make the text in halo form?

i have seen sigs made by a bunch of u guys with halo halo 2 halo 3 ect txt form hod do u find that text or tell me what it is called

Go HERE! and download the font.

Once you do, extract the .zip and click/drag the two files that end in ".ttf" to your Fonts folder.  That would be in
"Start -> Control Panel -> Fonts"

Once you drag those two files over you should be able to use that font in Word, Photoshop, ETC.
The font name will be under "H" for "Halo".
