I put yes, but make sure your video card can handle it.  If you are using a system more than, say.... 2 years old, you should probably check if you have a 512MB video card or better.  A card with 256MB runs "OK" on the basic low-quality settings, but it really brings the game down as a whole.  If your video card is not an issue, then definitely get it.  This game is amazing.
