Great for what the title says its for, but as far as playing newer games coming forward, won't exactly be able to max them out.

Nice little computer. Only 2 things I would mention is that hard drive seems a little slow at 5400RPM. Normally you shouldn't go under 7200RPM. Second is you will probably upgrade that graphics card in the future because it isn't designed to play games at all. It is more of a surf the net, watch youtube and movies type graphics card.

In other words that computer is designed exactly what it is advertised for a "Media Centre PC" and not games.

Short version: I DO NOT recommend HP computers, ESPECIALLY for gaming!

HP has strayed too far from "vanilla PC" hardware (AND software in some cases!) and globs on WAAAAY too much needlessware on their new machines.

(By that I mean this: You'll have to rely on HP for ALL your support and upgrades. That defeats the main benefit of PCs: Multi-sourced, competitively-priced components.)
