Bump, gotta keep this thread alive, anyone else done any art recently?

We're focusing on drawing portraits and hands at the moment in my course so here's one I did for this week!



Definitely the most challenging drawing like this I've ever done I think, what with the wrinkles, tattoos, wispy hair (which I really didn't put much effort into... hair... groan...) and the hand... :o

My friend and i wrote a program to make a Mandelbrot Set and this is what we got

the high res image is 9600x7200

This is one of my REALLY early sketches (about three to four years ago actually).  I've got a sketchbook full of stuff floating around somewhere... I'll have to find it sometime, this was just one I grabbed from a previous thread on a similar subject.
