Um, question for any officer

I was playing one of the servers, and i was racing, and i was killed. right after i came back to start to race, i was booted from the server. umm, anyone know why this happened?

Well, with what you described - any number of things could have happened.

What message did you receive?  Did it say you were actually kicked from the server?  Did it say you were banned?  Other messages you could receive are that the server is full, network connection was lost, or the game has closed down. 

If you remember what server it was in, that can also help.
