I have a wired 360 controller and the wired mic that plugs into the controller, is there a way i can use the 360 mic to replace my current one?

NVM i tried it and it works


but a new question.. i hate that fact the the mic's speeker is in mono, is there  a way i can bypass the speeker on the mic to use like me pc speekers? or other headphones

Well, I know zip about 360 controllers, but if it's NOT acting like a plug-in headphone jack that hard-overrides output (and thus mutes your speakers) you MIGHT be able to go into Volume Control and Mute your headset and UNmute your speakers....
