Obsessed with Harry Potter?[edit] the harry potter quiz thread

I really like the books, but if it weren't for actors like Maggie Smith and Alan Rickman (and all the others), I'd hate the movies. They're a lot better now that the kids are growing up, but there was just so much missing from them, I don't see how anyone who's not read the books could follow the movies. Yay for the last one being a two-parter, dedicating 5-6 hours to the movie.

I would probably not do too well in an HP trivia contest though.

Digression! I couldn't remember Dame Maggie's last name and had to look her up. I've really only ever seen her in Sister Act (in a nun's habit) and Harry Potter (in a high collar and witch hat), and on imdb.com there's a picture of her... She has hair! And a neck! LOL
