In facts, let's go the full hog:

Give every Hogwarts teacher's full name, only including the seven years covered by the books (so Dumbledore doesn't count as having taught Transfiguration, and Neville doesn't teach Herbology). Just so's you know, not all of them have their full names mentioned in either books or films - for example, neither books nor films ever mentions the name of the Professor of Ancient Runes.
