Well, it could be because you're using the almost obsolete GameSpy Halo Lobby, or you could be inadvertently attempting to join an impostor server....Copy down the IP for BFM server #4 from the left-hand list on the BFM website and try to join using that within Halo instead of the lobby.
What IP are you trying?
Is your IP address 72.37.237.100 by any chance?

I think he's asking you if YOUR IP address - the one assigned to you by your ISP to your household - is that number.To check this you'd need to log in to your router and check the Status or the Configuration page - but don't bother: You CAN'T have that as your assigned IP address anyway. (It's not in the allowed ISP range/space. That IP is assigned to an application services provider, probably whomever owns the servers and routers for that BFM server.)
Start, run, cmdipconfig/flushdnsDo that and see if you can get in afterwards.
