lol ^^
Cross Fire always messes up either on the Install or when the game loads, so never got to play It.
I have also tried Black Shot, and that game Is hard to be a noob on. So I quit  ;D
Currently looking for some other online FPS games, mostly for the free ones, though I might try to get Borderlands for PC soon

Add me on Steam!
I lived in the days of Tanxs when he was but a kid.
BFM clan only scrims were my favorite. I was so proud to make it into the ranks of this clan, but proud enough to let that be my downfall.
I am only happy that I got to experience such a legendary clan.

Track Mania Nations is fun. There's much more to choose from throughout the game in the full paid version but the free version is certainly worth the download.

I used to play track mania nations alot, and it doesn't really get old, at least not for me.

If there are a decent amount of players on this forum that play, I would DEFINITELY get back into it  :siderofl:   :neckbeard:

Hello, everyone, this is R e d u X speaking...

And I've got a pretty good suggestion to make if you want a game you'll really enjoy. It's not multi-player and it doesn't have Xfire support, either, but it makes up for it with an intense, fast-paced, and rich single player experience.

The game is called Typhoon 2001, based on the original 1980s arcade game Tempest, and the 1994 version, Tempest 2000, designed by Jeff "Yak" Minter.

It has excellent gameplay, beautiful graphics (links to some examples: here, here, and here), an intense soundtrack to go along with the action, it's efficient on the system (I know 'cause it holds at a very fast framerate on my mid-range to low-end machine, with slight dips now and then), and last, but not least, you get all this for free since the game's freeware.

;D

Here's a link where you can download this awesome game:

Typhoon 2001

Just scroll down to the bottom and the links are right there.

:)

Also, you can find details on the gameplay, here, that way you'll know what you're doing before you dive into the game. However, as it's been said, like the original Tempest, it is "easy to learn, difficult to master."

Bottom line: if you're looking for a great arcade experience, I can personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed with Typhoon 2001.

////IMPORTANT: Last, but not least, at the main menu, before you play, press ENTER on your keyboard to access all the essential options. Use the left and right keys to switch back and forth between options in the menu.

At the main menu, use ESC to exit the game.////
