Problem

I'm on BFMRacing #3 right now, and one player TaRd was kicked out and has returned, to the disruption of the game. He/she won't change his name and continues to violently swear and troll, nor will he/she obey the racing rules and is slaying. It is also possible that he/she is using a bot, but that's unverified.I've tried to reason with him/her, but have received no cooperation. Help please?
