I've seen 8 natural in SP so far, all pinks. They're ultra rare. I also found a natural Blue one in SP..possibly a glitch..? Last I heard is Blue didn't spawn naturally.

That's part of the game.  If a sheep spawns, it has approximately a 0.5% chance of being pink.
