I've got a good idea for recruitment process.

We all know the process. BUT, what if we let the recruit admin a server for 3 maps with no other admins? Would they warn, kick and ban rule breakers? Would they cause trouble themselves? Or would they just let the mayhem go or try to stop it? This should be a major step as if they can't do this then they shouldn't admin servers. What do you think?

We do this already. We watch our Recruits very well.  Thanks for the idea keep them coming.
