That racing feeling

When we think about Halo CE PC do you also think about that one time you got the blood gultch shortcut during Cap Scrims that made the difference in the match?  Do you think about aiming for the shortcut cave and throwing a Hail Mary in case someone was coming out after you got your CP?  What about getting "rotation" on Infinity and knowing that if your gunner got killed you would lose advantage!? I wish I had more time to play with you all, but I do think about all those tense moments on Vent with you all... Happy Holidays! I hope you are all ding well. :taco: :taco: :taco: :taco: :taco: :taco:

Oh yea, the infamous blood gulch shortcut! For a lot of us, one of the many graveyards in the game  When you're the last car of your team that needs to finish the lap so your team can win the game but you keep failing the shortcut and then comes an enemy hog behind you and you're toast! Or when you keep missing it so you have to do the walk of shame by going around the easy way.
I have some good memories in Ice Fields while playing for Mr Do's team. You know there was a very high chance you were going to win that map because that's Mr Do's map!

Happy holidays SirTaco!

That brings a smile to my face! I do love gunning on Ice Fields. But it was also that we broke the taboo against doing the bridge jump in scrims. That was a huge advantage before others started doing it.

For the long-range rocket shots, I like Sidewinder. Plenty of places to leave a rocket and hope to get lucky.

Taco, it's good to hear from you. You should jump on sometime on a Wednesday or Saturday. It doesn't need to be a regular commitment if you just want to show up sometime, say high and maybe get a shot a few times by some of us. (And Mil, it's good to hear from you, too. I know the time zone is a challenge and we look forward to when you get a chance to join us again.)
