Thanks for the warm welcome back everyone, makes me realise even more how important this group is to me.
Leaving was very hard, but it did help me to learn to manage my time more productively and I will continue manage that time. But it has also shown me that there is time for everything if you just learn to adjust your priorities. Coming back was not really so hard and Elvis may have overstated just a bit when he said that he would get on his knees and beg. Oh, he said it, but I just wasn't sure he could prove it....lol. But I also think in his heart he knew he didn't have to, he just made it easier for me to come back. Hes a good friend and our frienship just made this decision a lot easier. He surely didn't need an other officer. The ones BFM has in place do an awsome job and handle everything just fine.

Thanks again  for your posts and it is good to be back.

Welcome back!  It can be hard to strike a balance.  I have considered leaving the community completely but prefer to try to balance the race community with my other obligations.  Family comes first, but hopefully Halo can still fit in there.
