29 seconds...my dad's computer takes over 3 minutes after it loads his E-Mails and stuff...

My laptop was around 2 minutes until I re-imaged. Now it's around 70 seconds.

Was kind of scratchin' my noggin on that one but didn't want to say anything as I thought he meant that his rig wasn't too fancy....but, to each his own.

i mean my rig is a site for sore eyes!    it might be fast but it can stand replaced   i want a faster better rig..   something . maybe has follows.... (if i could afford it that is)

ASUS Mobo (haven't desiged on which model yet)

AMD dual core 64   4.0 Ghz (round about)

4 gig ram

2 tirabyte worth of hard disk storeage (solded state hard disk to no platers to spin... data rate at  1 GIGps)  (these drives are 400 each for a 120 gig drive  not cheap)

full size case

700 + watt power supply

and my favorit operating system  my custimized copy of Micro(wacko)soft Windows XP Professional     trust me ... twicks work  that is how i am bootable in less then 30 seconts from post   ... i also don't install bogus software eather.. and i defrag each day  kkep ur drive in working order and it will do u good

average price for this rig is about 8'000 to 10'000 bucks

BFM_Cool  please for the sake of dental work, dont eat your feet   hehehe
all jokeing aside  i mena my rig isn't a good looking one but it dose run
some of the PC"s here i'd love to have. course it takes cash to do that and with bills and all it's a bit hard to get a good PC  i scrouged to get this one after my previous PC (may it rest in peace) got destryed... 1200 bucks spent for a ***************** of a video card to cook the mother board... (cries)  2 years building ... and  ... and ..  :'( upgraded the video card   ... (sniff)  works good for a week... (balls  :'( :'( :'( :'( )   SMOKE  and BOOM and "SNAP CRAKLE POP  MAKEING SMOKE AND FLAMES TO THE WORLD  BURNING MY PC, INTO ASH IN MY ROOM. WHILE I GRAB THE EXTIMUSHER,  ALL MY DATA GO'S BURNING TO ASH'S" (echo) ash's ash's ash's ash's "  i'll stop for now...

talk later ppls!  2c :chief: :zoot:
