Title: BFM Boxing?!?!?

Halo Boxing Is basically melee aka "F" key.

Most people go on Infinity with the pipes and use that as a ring like area.

Boxing Is really fun! Doesn't take too much skill, and just thought It would be fun.

Would anyone like to do this someday?

Maybe this would have been better said on Vent...oh well  :keke:

I know Vic would have a great time with this!
Sometimes when we're playing slayer and we both run out of ammo close range, we'll agree melees only and go about trying to out hit each other!
I wouldn't mind joining in as well if we ever do this although I would probably get pwnd!

The pipes on Infinity is known as "The Refinery", a.k.a the boxing ring!

Not on vent, but if you see me on xfire give me a ring and I might fire up the ol' machine and join a game or two. Used to be one of my favorites halo minigames. ;D

AMAZING Idea!!!! There used to be a server called IA05 that was moded for no ammo and only boxing on a map rotaton and I loved it. Well up or it next time you're on mate

same, i used to be pretty good at that, i think i still got it  :winkgrin:

but yea i'm down.. idk if the server could be modified to where we spawn there, or close to that other base that's near, because coming from the spawining base from race takes a while lol. and we might miss some of the fun :P

That sounds like an interesting scenario. I think I got a few good places that are really good places for rings, one being the bases on blood gulch nice and close through a few skulls for the "Boxing Gloves" and that would be a fun game. Another base that might be nice is the base on Icefeilds, a bit larger then blood gulch bases so a bit more room to shuffle around in, as well you got that center pillar that will make for all kinds of crazy fun ideas. I really like the Icefeilds base because it best fits the image of the Battle Dome From the Mad Max trilogy, you know, two men enter, one man leaves, and then the other one leaves when they respawn. And to make thins really fun use the top of the base on Infinity, a bit of boxing and Sumo wrestling, plus it be fun if the soon to be winner stepped to far to the left. I mean there are so many arenas you could discover all with there own unique advantages and disadvantage for the fighters. Unfortunatly the game requires a lot of structure that it couldn't really be open to the public, but would have to be regulated by being between friends and/or fellow clan members, yet still a fine idea for a boring afternoon i would say.
