Title: Another CoD4 issue
Post by: BFM_Tails on May 26, 2010, 06:40:32 PM
When ever I go to re-fresh the in game server list I only get about 30 servers. This used to be fixed by me shuting down COD and starting it up again but it doesnt work anymore.  I have checked my filters and thats not the problem, and I use Re- fresh, not quick re-fresh. Any thoughts?

It probably has something to do with your ping or a slow internet. Because your ping is pretty high, it is probably hard for you to reach the servers and they don't show up on the list. Make sure you aren't downloading or uploading anything too because that would slow down your internet even more.

If you can't get it fixed and you're looking to join a specific server, I would just join via direct IP.

Click on "Join Server".  THen click on "New Favorite".  Type in the IP of the server, which for BFM is 174.34.132.100 port 28960.  Then you can select that and click Join Game.

You could try the search through xfire, takes a while though with 10000+ servers.
