CHAIN IS BACK!!!!
It has been a long series of false starts, dial-up internet, two-faced employers, local disinterest in helping a foreigner (American!), completely -bleeped- disorganization as to living quarters and moving from one villa compound to another like some vagabond Persian kitty (lots of those around here)....... :kitten:
.....but finally ol' Chaindog has his Middle Eastern villa with a master bedroom, his 2Mbps ADSL+ internet finally connected (the installers even knocked out the entire city block trying to install it!), and almost 60 GBs worth of software/hardware updates to download/restart/download/restart/download again. Heh, and now I see that there is even a WinXP Service Pack 3 out to download!!! Once all of that is completed for my desktop's security (I seem to be only one of two contractors around here with a full desktop instead of a puny laptop or desktop replacement notebook), y'all will see why Chaindog was a feared puppy on the tracks (especially combined with SGjr). d_b
For now, Chaindog WILL BE PLAYING, but without RCON or for long periods until everything is re-downloaded. No need to ban me, imposter I be NOT! :Chaindog:
P.S.~ Ahhhh! Forgot to mention that when I wasn't dealing with those issues above, I've been working between 12-18 hour days, went 7.5 weeks w/o a day off due to manning shortages, and when I wasn't working or sleeping I was always in the hospital. I'll be updating those misadventures and the reasons behind my continuing medical time in my LiveJournal.com blog once I get the time to backdate and update all of those missing months (and even add pics that've been stewing on my hard drive!). TTFN! :toot:

Will be great to see (& hear?!?) you on the tracks, and when you have the time to post your updates.
BTW: If you have XP SP2, skip ALL OTHER UPDATES SINCE and just get SP3! (It contains all updates since!)
