In the event we are tweaking the rotation, or even get a second COD4 server, what other game types would you like to see, other than Search and Destroy?
Free For All - Every man for himself. Like Halo Slayer.
Team Deathmatch - like a team free for all.
Headquarters - team game, like king of the hill. A headquarters (HQ) will appear somewhere on the map. Each time will try to capture it (similar to planting/diffusing the bomb over a period of something like 7 seconds). Once captured, the defending team gets 5 points every 5 seconds, and the attacking team tries to recapture it. Players respawn when killed until they are on the defending team that has captured a HQ - at that point they remain dead until the HQ is destroyed.
Domination - this is a team game, in which there are three flags that each team can capture. Another king of the hill type game, but with 3 "hills" at once.
Sabotage - like Search and Destroy, except each team has a bomb site at opposite ends of the map. Everyone can see where the bomb is. You try to get the bomb plant it at your bomb site, and the enemy tries to kill you, grab it, and go to the other side. Players respawn when killed.

I picked Team Deathmatch over Free for all, because you don't have everyone shooting at you, so there can be some teamwork, and you tend to spawn with your teammates, so not so many spawn kills, especially in killhouse.
I picked Headquarters because it's probably my favorite game type, lots of action, teamwork, and you respawn when killed (to a point)
Sabotage and Domination are both pretty insane. Domination wouldn't work with a small number of people really, so I picked Sabotage.

Ah yes, HC vs SC. That's another discussion I think. I believe we have a plan to stick with SC for awhile then I guess maybe move to HC as we improve.

Id be a fan of trying out Domination, I think it would be a good teamwork gametype.
When I played it on Wii it worked really well with 10 people so with little people i dont think it would be a problem
anyway just a sugestion

I can't stand FFA/TDM in any map bigger than Killhouse, there's too much space. I chose FFA over TDM because there would be more targets in the larger maps.
HQ is fun and takes more teamwork than you think. Try playing on a team that is only camping and you'll see!
And Domination is good, crazy fun.

I voted for FFA and TDM. I don't mind S&D or other game modes like it, but i get sick of chasing an objective around the map sometimes :)

Outside of S&D and just a couple of TDM....

Just remember there is a reason we havent changed game types. The server is setup to teach brand new players. We will add other game types on about a month. I just want to allow others the kill cam and learning. So dont think we arent listening to you on other game types. This poll can be used to help us decide in about a month. Until then we keep things the same to teach. I hope you understand.
