Yeah, when you login in, another page should come up with all the servers that you can choose from.

I just started playing this last night after hearing about it on vent and 6 pages of this thread.

You'll build up a city, construct some defences, build up an army, and hopefully win battles against other people (though not me :P ). The quests window has lots of useful quests that guide you through the game. Try achieving a lot of those and you'll be well on your way.
