beginning of a map

I was wondering this , when we start a new map is it better to auto assign or chose a team, I think we should do one or the other, myself i chose auto and if it is the case we should auto assign unless we are a team and in the team vent.

I always do Auto Assign because people could leave at any moment (usually during map change) so rather then let it get unbalanced and someone have to switch any how, I just deal with it before by choosing Auto Assign .

Of course for a scrim is different, you'd want to chose the one that your team is on so that you don't have to switch when people go "why are you on the other team????" (It's happened to me XD)
