Infractions witnessed: Hog camping with intent, for instance driving a hog to score nav on Infinity then hog camping from there. Jumping in the gunner seat at map starts or after respawn and waiting for a driver. Incessantly quitting and rejoining server, sometimes making teams uneven. (this could have been a lag issue but unlikely as never appeared to be lagging out).
Other potential witnesses (victims!): Borghead, ponytail, MorningSt@r, PR_TUR80. I mentioned this to BFM_GRLLMAN as well but he had to leave shortly after so he was not able to act upon it.
Recommendation: He responded only once to requests to cease rule infractions and get racing, saying, 'sry'. Moments later he was at it again. Could be one of these racers that will toe the line as much as possible, apologising (insincerely) only to give longevity to his existence in the server. I noted on the one or two occasions he did drive a hog, he seemed to know his way around, therefore he is not a new player.
