Plays well with others. Does not have rules memorized to the letter, but is very obviously trying to follow them to their knowledge. Also, is very polite.
I politely corrected him/her on some rules he/she was quoting. He/she took it well and declared that they were going to go back and re-read the rules again after the race.
Seems like a genuinely good person.
