I dont like to throw around the term pay to win, Because people spout it when they are bad at a game and blame it on someone else that has spent in game money. But there is an ability that turns your APC into a mobile spawn point, Which is essential in this game, and you have to pay to get it or unlock it after a lot of in game time. Dont get me wrong it was very very fun, I was part of a convoy that had 50 tanks, 20 APCs, quad bikes, Bomber and fighter air support and more. That was really cool.
