Title: tracking cookie problem

everyday i do a virus check with avg and spybot and this month spybot found a traking cookie the name is 'avenue A, inc' i click to fix the problem wich it said it delet it but if i do a other check right after it says it still there wich im am trying to get it out of my computer for a month and i cant format my computer or it wont restart again eny ideal how to get it out

Tracking cookies aren't a big deal, so my advice is to just not worry about it.

If you do worry over it, try using a browser that has built-in privacy features that deletes all your session cookies when you quit out of it.

...But then you must EXIT OUT OF YOUR BROWSER from time-to-time, too! (Which you're probably NOT doing now, which is why the cookie stays there...)
