So far, we’ve accumulated four inches of snow and is supposed to continue until 3:00 AM. A big beautiful maple tree just collapsed and fell into our intersection, we live on the corner, and took out the power lines, a telephone pole and traffic light. Some live wires are now sparking, smoking and jumping along one of our sidewalks. Fire department just arrived. Luckily, no vehicles were involved. We still have power, but have a nice power generator that will automatically kick in.
A quiet night in upstate New York. -sigh- :siren:
