Two problems here:

1-> You're not using a M4 Carbine with double tap..

2 -> If you are not using a M4, you better be using a Skorpion..

:P

Personally, if I use the AK47, I have no attachments on it. The silencer does not much good, grenade launcher's are not my suit of fun, Red dot on a AK is just silly, and ACOG doesn't fit me. I'm personally not a fan of the AK. Usually I play in hardcore server's, so my need's of silence go away.

Acog-47 should describe enough.

Grenade Launcher. The Silencer changes for the gun feels in a way I don't like, so does the red dot and the ACOG. I like the stock weapon plus a tube, just in case people decide to start getting cheap with their kills and I need to retaliate.  :winkgrin:

Well for me its the silencer all the way. I use the 47 silenced on cod 4, 6, and 7. Not sure why,
but i feel it improves its accuracy and even damage somehow :)

A suppressor cuts the muzzle flare (increasing your ability to keep on target) and reduces recoil by a small fraction.

Silencer = less range
Red dot = bounces around so much you can't see what you're aiming at
Tube = dumb
ACOG = no

In conclusion:  No attachment is the way to go

Its a matter of preference, I personally like the AK with no attachments. If I feel froggy I will throw a silencer on it cause it makes the AK sound funny. The silencer does reduce the damage it does and decreases the range. But it does make it easier to stay on Target.

like the Ak-74u, No attachments, each attachment decreases accuracy in some small way, and if not that the power.

but then again, If you have a scorpion, you must silence that beast! :D

Silencer in S&D. It actually helps on the recoil and, as stated, keeps you from telling everyone where you are. In Black Ops you are allowed 2 attachments with the Warlord perk (except for tube + something else). MW2 had a similar perk called Bling.
