At first, I thought he/she would be a good racer. This assumption quickly went away when they lost it with one player and began to camp, snipe, slay, and break various other rules. Sad to say it, I know they can race because on some previous maps I saw them in the top 4 with 3 or 4 laps. It was the maps on which I saw him/her with 0 laps and plenty of kills that disappointed me.

Blatant chase kills at least twice across several maps.
The two blatant cases involve him smashing into walls/rocks in his obvious chasing. (One on Bloodgulch, smashing me into red base back wall, and another on Danger Canyon, smashing me into part of middle ramps.)
Said something to me about it in chat, I guess, but I missed or ignored it soas to race instead.

What I said [when you said "Chase kill by meteor" was that you were jumping across the nav I was going for. I didn't need to alter course to get you. I simply spun on the nav as I would normally for that turn. Not sure what you are referring to for the other. I don't chase kills unless there is a threat and I can't get away or avoid instead.
