I love reading Inspiring quotes, or really just any quote. Quote from a movie, quote from a book, etc. They can make you laugh, cry, or see outside of the box. I recently ran across this one quote In my rereading of the Eragon/Inheritance Trilogy. Which Inspired me to make a thread that hopefully will have many other responses from you all!

and just to contribute i cant quite remember how this one goes but
a man was interviewing thomas edison on how his experiment were going to invent the lightbulb and he said something like "Well we now know a 1000 ways not to make a lightbulb" just love that quote.

Imo, I say not. Because It's not a game, just a list of favorite quotes from people. Like the "What're You Listening To" thread. It's not a game, just what they are listening to. Like that, transferred to quotes that you love.

Maybe it fits in the Cogitative Corner?
There are threads similar in nature there, like Mind-share, Music you should listen to and even Arnold quotes... The tittle may have to change to something like "Inspirational quotes" to be accepted into the Cogitative Corner.
Now, in the purpose of this thread, I don't really have any quotes I like.

I don't plan on changing the title of the thread. Quotes come In all shapes and sizes, no need to narrow It down.
