Administrative privileges to run halo?

Recently got a new computer, installed halo just fine, now when i try to run the game a little window pops up saying i need administrative privileges to run the game. I am the administrator, so idk.

Never had this problem before and cant figure it out


Any help is appreciated :)

I'd say to run the game as an administrator. Just right click the Halo shortcut and click Run As Administrator.

Tried that and nothing, it loads up for a second,but nothing pops up.

Ill try to reinstall later.

I had the same issue. Recently reinstalling on a PC with Windows 8 was a chore for me. It involved finding a patch for the game and finding a resolution/compatibiity option that is compatible with my PC. There was a lot of trial and error. Good luck at figuring your issues out.

Yep, seemed to be the patch that was the problem.
