I was wanting to know how to make a halo ce map but i don't know what to download and were to get tutorials.

anyone know where to get the program to do this and tutorials

Glenn Z made a map, might be worth sending him a PM to check this thread out.

I used to have the program to do it, but I can't remember the name of it at the moment.
