**This is double posted in our forum guys so sorry. BUT I will say what I need to in public so there is no confusion whatsoever.****

OFCuda I may get credited for a lot of things but I absolutely promise you or any other guest in our servers that if you violate BFM rules I will let you know about it. I do not do the cowardly things you just mentioned as an admin. I will tell you what the consequences are for violating the rules before any action is taken. Then I will give you our clan website for review of our rules just in case. I guarantee you that if I ban someone they know why & a detailed ban report is made about the incident for our members to refer to if needed.

You were not unbanned....you never got banned in our server in the first place.  We have a list of IP addresses on our web site here: http://www.bfmracing.net/.  Check the IP address of the server you are in to make sure it is a real BFM server.

From the above post from BFM_Booyah I would have to logically conclude that you were on a fake BFM server originally. I suggest you follow his advice about checking our server IP addresses.

Right now there is a fake BFM.net#10 server up, well I guess it's not "fake" because there is no "real" server #10

But just beware, its not a real BFM server :D

Another good way to spot a fake sever is that the title.. will be differnt to teh other ones.. as some have exclamation point and spaces in them , the BFM RACE#1 etc.will not be exactly like the real ones .. ***So look out for them***!!!

Also all BFM servers are deticated servers so they'll have a deticated server thingy befor the game name/tytle.

My favorite one that I've seen was BFM No Rules Race (a dedicated server mind you)

...at least their honest?  :zoot:

BFM - B*tt **** Monkeys... (69.108.235.140:60578) : 161ms | Map: bloodgulch | Slots: 0/12 | US

I saw this while I was trying to make a list of all of the servers earlier. It was partially censored to begin with (only one * per word). It is a 12 player race server (it called itself pistol race).

Just thought I'd mention it. The name sort of....subtly....gave it away (somebody may be upset).

Be on the look out.  :ninja:

Believe it or not, that is actually another clan, for some reason they chose a name like that, but yeah, supposedly they are a real clan and not just an imposter of us.

Wow...that's eye-opening!

PÕQ also has fake/imitation servers.

They actually belong to a rival clan that keeps them open as "No Banning" so all the people we have banned from our true servers...they go there...and generally misbehave with TK, cussing, and all the things that ruin the multiplayer experience.

I will make the effort to recognize by your indicators about the imitation BFM servers.

This thread has been inactive for a while so if you want to move my post somewhere else I wont be offended.  I was on Sun night/ Mon morning and saw 2 BFM #2's.  Only one had people in it the IP was 8.6.8.19:2302 didn't see it on the IP list here.  Don't know if the list is out of date or this is a fake, just wanted to share...

My favorite one that I've seen was BFM No Rules Race (a dedicated server mind you)

I think they've now changed the title, so it's something along the lines of BFM Banned Players No Rules Race (still dedicated)...did we just inadvertantly form new friendships here? :P

Thank you Tanger!
