Free and safe PC virus scanner

A very good PC scanner for viruses,spyware,etc. May take some time but it worked for me when others wouldnt. AND on 1 file only that was causing trouble ;)

I use "Spyware Doctor" also a very good free program.

I've recommended this "quick scan" to people "in a pinch" rather than potentially making their sluggish system worse by installing a big AV program.

It's VERY good, BUT... I would NOT use it as your "regular" antivirus solution for many reasons.

I suggest that you use it only "in a pinch," or if you just won't EVER get & install an AV program, then maybe that's a good reason to run TrendMicro's HouseCall every few months or more....
