Inside topic - Have to scroll right to continue reading

I'm using IE7 on WinXP.  When I go into any topic I always have to scroll right to continue reading stuff that goes off the screen.  Any way to set it so that the right border is only as wide as my screen?

Weird, it doesn't do it on my own topics.  Just others.  LOL.  What are you all trying to do to me?  Hehehehe.

Well, a simple solution would be not to use internet explorer. >>>FIREFOX<<< is a free web browser that is a lot better than internet explorer.

Otherwise, I don't really know how to fix it. It may be that the thread that you were looking at had a wide picture, or a long string of letters/smileys without any spaces so it couldn't wrap the text.

I've seen this happen on certain browsers when there are wide graphics on the page. So if someone posts a wide image or has a really wide signature, you have to scroll right.

Some peoples sigs are way too wide which will cause this.

What screen resolution are you running?   On this computer mine is at 1024x768 and I have very few that I need to scroll on.

Oops, I never followed up on this topic.

I think the wide graphics explains it... mostly.  I'll keep an eye out.  Thanks for all your replies.

It stopped having that problem...


...when I disabled siggy's displaying from within my profile settings!

I stopped having that problem when I started using Adblock to remove the large images LOL

I have seen this happen before also because of a glitch within the forums. But not on such a large scale.
