Title: No more sore driving finger
Post by: 2much on November 10, 2009, 03:03:28 PM: I made the ultimate Halo racing accessory. It's a foot pedal which operates the "w" key on a keyboard. It is easy to make, about 1/2 hour. If you are like me, you have the stuff to make it lying around already.

Equipment needed, a keyboard with a working "w" key, some wood, some screws, a hinge and some rubber bands. Got it? OK, check the URL with instructions and photos: http://www.findvertise.com/proracepedal/

I agree.. You can buy a perfectly good, factory-made pedal to plug into your USB port. They're like 5$.

Very inventive though! I might try that out on a rainy-day. :LOL:

Post by: Lucky on January 09, 2010, 04:12:55 AM: If you've got a keyboard to waste like that, why not take all the keys off except the W key? Then you can press the W key with your foot without pressing all the other keys.
