Where to begin...
He did race, for the most part.
He constantly fired at anything that moved, whether they had just spawned, drove by or there was a hog available.
Swore multiple times explicitly, took screens of this. I asked him to stop and he cussed me out.
I eventually had to im basanio to get an admin, after that he raced a tad more, but still tried to do slayer whenever he could and accused me multiple times of not following the rules.
