Both are Right, it is a teaser for Halo 3 done by the Director who has been signed on to do the Halo Live action film, which was put on hold when Fox and Universal both pulled out of financing it.

I would never finance it either. I just dont think it would hit it big enough to make back what you'll need to pay for it to make it.
