I personally went with the Razer Cacharias headset, and its been absolutely wonderful.

And I have the same keyboard...if you can get the regular instead of the Limited Edition Mirror one, as its a pain to keep clean

Thats a decent mouse, but something from Razer or Nzxt(in my opinion :P) would be a better choice.

^^ Done by me(freshly updated :))

^^ Big thanks to bl!Tz'

@ Nobody: It does have a mic. :P

@ McSkittles:  I have a budget to stay inside of, and I only have room for a mousepad atm, nothing pricier than what I've already got.  And for the mouse, I kinda need the extra buttons, so if Razer has a mouse at that price with as many or more buttons, be my guest to suggest it, it would be GREATLY appreciated.  ;D TY

All headsets have a mic, if it don't it is head phones.

Also I use a headset, and have had a normal mic ( stands on desk ) and it is allwase in the way.

I have gone through MANY headsets and personally I think Razor are one of the worst headsets I tried. The sound quality is absolutely awful. I found the Logitech clear chat PRO to be allot better then anything from Razor.

I try my best to avoid everything from Razor, they are cheap and nasty. I thought razor was good, but only until I compared the sound quality to a real headset you can really notice the difference. Microphone is probably even worse with droning background noise

After I went through Razor and another bad headset I bit the bullet and got a Beyerdynamic MMX 300. Beyerdynamic have allot of great headsets, but starting to get a little to expensive, SO........

I vote Logitech Clear Chat PRO over anything from Razor. I have even been told that the microphone on my Clear Chat Pro is even better then my MMX 300 :S

Alright then hows this?

mouse
headset

Oh and Ive alredy gone and bought the webcam and used up pretty much the whole $15 for that, so $220 for left for everything else.  And for now I guess I dont really need to get another keyboard and mousepad for awhile since I don't have the new computer just yet.

I personally would not spend that much on that stuff.   I'd spend about half that, and save the rest of the money to replace the headset in 3 months when it's broken because you sat on it or the wires have got pulled out and the things gone static-y.

You can buy a keyboard + mouse for $25, a mousepad for under $10 and an reasonable headset for about $20.

Also beware that your girlfriend probably wants the webcam so she can keep track of you.  Sounds like a trap.

Again I disagree with the G35. Do not get any headset that claims 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. In a headset it simply doesn't work and very often they use it as a marketing gimmick because it is a fail product. lol I would personally pick another, but I have no experience with the G35. However looking at reviews online they are fairly negative.

If you dont have a sound card or you are just using onboard audio, then I would recommend a USB headset.

Maybe get a Logitech Clear chat pro and from the money you have saved you could get a G9 mouse :P
